How do you make an online survey?
There are a number of free online services that offer the capability to easily create an online survey.
You will need to have a Webpage since the survey code is in html and must be pasted into the Webpage.
There are also email survey tools such as surveymonkey to send to students or parents.
Typically, all of the services offer analysis tools of the survey data.
The survey used here was created on the freedback Webpage.
